No, the KulturPass budget cannot be cashed in. The KulturPass budget can only be used within the KulturPass app.
The virtual budget can only be used for offers that are reserved in the KulturPass app.
A payout of the budget is excluded. Also excluded is the return of items from the KulturPass for cash and the subsequent settlement of previously purchased tickets or items that were not purchased through the KulturPass app (e.g. if you have already purchased a festival ticket in March).
