What do I do if something goes wrong with my reservation?

If there are problems with your reservation, contact the provider directly, e.g. the festival organizer, the bookstore or the cinema.

The KulturPass only provides the platform for offers and cannot directly interfere with the reservation process. The providers are responsible for the reservation process, i.e. for providing your reservation and for refunds.

Examples:

  • Your value code has been set to "Picked up" although you have not received a ticket yet.
  • You have reserved an item and it has been accepted by the provider, but you still want to cancel it.
