From March 1, 2024, young people born in 2006 and living in Germany will be able to register in the KulturPass app, activate their KulturPass budget, and use it from their 18th birthday.
Registration for those born in 2005 was possible from the launch of the KulturPass app on June 14, 2023 up until December 31, 2023. Those who celebrated their 18th birthday later in 2023 were able to register beforehand, although their budget was only activated from their birthday.
Those born in 2005 can use their previously activated budget until the end of 2024.
