The KulturPass is aimed at young people resident in Germany who will turn 18 in 2023. Registration must ensure that the two eligibility requirements of age and residence in Germany are fulfilled.
This data is verified in accordance with data protection regulations using electronic identification procedures via the German National Identity Card, the eID Card or the electronic residence permit.
In addition to the user's date of birth and place of residence, the user's first name, last name and e-mail address are required.
