You can delete your account in the KulturPass DE app or on the KulturPass website.
Deleting your account will expire your budget. The deletion is not reversible.
Deleting your data works as follows:
- Log in to your account
- Go to "Profile”
- Select "Delete account”
- Confirm your account deletion with your password
Data that is necessary to prevent fraud will not be deleted.
