From March 1, 2024, young people born in 2006 and living in Germany will be able to register in the KulturPass app, activate their KulturPass budget and use it from their 18th birthday.
Young people born in 2005 and living in Germany had the opportunity to activate their budget until December 31, 2023, and can still use their budget until the end of 2024.
The KulturPass app gives young people who live in Germany and were born in 2005 or 2006 access to a budget that they can use in the app for cultural activities. The budget can be used from the age of 18 and can be activated before then.
The app and its content are also available to everyone else - but without a budget.
