How can I use the KulturPass app in other languages?

There are two ways how to use the KulturPass app in different languages.

1. The KulturPass app installed on your phone is available in German and English. You can customize your language selection under "Profile" in the menu item "Language".

2. To use the KulturPass in other languages than those in the app, you can use the web version and have it translated by your browser on your laptop or mobile phone, for example. We show you how to do this here for the two examples Chrome and Safari.

Translate the KulturPass app in the browser

This is how it works in Chrome:

1. To access the web version of the KulturPass app, open https://storefront.prod.kulturpass.de/ via your browser and log in with your email address and password.
2. Next to the search bar at the top right, you will find a selection menu via the three dots.
Click on the three dots and on "Settings".
3. A new page will open. Select the option "Languages" in the menu bar on the left.
4. Below the headline "Google Translator" you can enter your desired target language next to "Translate to this language".
5. Below "Automatically translate these languages", specify which languages should be automatically translated into the target language.
Done!

This is how it works in Safari:

1. To access the web version of the KulturPass app, open https://storefront.prod.kulturpass.de/ via your browser and log in with your email address and password.
2. To the left of the search bar you will find the symbol "AA" consisting of a small and a capital letter. Click on it.
(It is also possible that the "intelligent search field" already suggests the option "Translate website". In this case, jump to point 4).
3. In the menu that opens, select the "Translate website" option.
4. Select your preferred languages that you wish the content to be translated into.
Done!
