At the moment, the 2007 cohort unfortunately cannot activate a KulturPass budget.
If and when this will be possible is still an open question - this will be decided by the new federal government.
Background info: The federal budget for 2025 was not approved due to the government's break-up in 2024. A resumption with a new cohort is only possible if the new government adopts the federal budget and provides the corresponding budget. If the new federal government decides in favour of the KulturPass, the budget can be made available for all those born in 2007, possibly even retroactively.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide any more precise information on the timing of this decision.
