The KulturPass project aims to facilitate access to culture for young people and enable individual cultural experiences. The budget released is intended to give you the freedom to explore your own preferences and interests and experience cultural events or activities that appeal to you the most. Please note that the project is not intended to be spent on your friends or family. It is available exclusively to identified 18 year olds.
