Ready for pickup
As soon as your booking is in the status "ready for pickup", you can collect your offer on site. You can click on your booking to receive all further information about the offer, such as the address of the provider where you can pickup your booking.
QR code for your pickup
Once at the provider's shop, you open the KulturPass app and show the QR code associated with your booking. The provider scans the QR code or enters the order number into their system to give you the correct offer and to mark it as picked up. As soon as you have picked up the offer, the status of your booking changes to "picked up" and your booking is then in the "completed" area.
