Redeem a value code for Eventim

    How do I redeem a value code from Eventim?

    After you have reserved an Eventim value code in the KulturPass app, wait for your reservation to reach the status ‘ready for collection’ and you will receive an email with this information.

    1.    After receiving the email, you have 48 hours to redeem your value code online.
    2.    At Eventim you can also redeem several value codes in combination.
    3.    If the offer is cheaper than the amount of your value code, the excess amount will be credited to you in the KulturPass app.

    Important: You cannot redeem the value code in the ‘regular’ ticket shop, but only via the link in the offer description or email.

    Here's a step-by-step guide to what you need to do to redeem your Eventim value code:


    1. Click on your reservation in the KulturPass app to see your value code.
    2. Next to the value code is a picture with two small boxes. Click on this image to copy your value code.
    3. Now select the ‘Redeem on the provider website’ button. You will be redirected to the Eventim KulturPass website.
    4. Now you can select your ticket and choose a seat if necessary.
    5. Once you have added the ticket to your shopping basket, you can redeem your value code. Select the ‘You have a value code? Redeem here.’ field and enter your value code. (See images) NOTE: To use your KulturPass budget, you must enter the value code in the field provided. The code will not be transferred automatically.
    6. Then click on the blue arrow to redeem the value code.
    7. Now you can ‘Continue to checkout’ and finalise your purchase.
    8. As soon as the order process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and your ticket from Eventim.

    Please note: Shipping costs cannot be paid via the KulturPass. To avoid any costs to you, select a digital ticket.

    What if I don't want to redeem the full amount of the value code?


    For example:
    You have reserved a value code for concert X for €100. However, the concert ticket only costs €85.
    In this case, the remaining €15 will be refunded to you via the KulturPass. This money will be credited to your KulturPass budget after redemption.
