Cancelling bookings and value codes

If you have made a reservation on the KulturPass and would like to cancel it, there are two options.

Cancelling bookings with the status "not yet accepted" or "processing”

If your booking has the status "not yet accepted" or "processing", you can cancel it by clicking on it.  
To do this, go to the "Bookings" section, "Booked" and click on the relevant order. At the bottom you will see the "Cancel order" button. Click on it and confirm the cancellation by clicking on "Cancel order".

Cancelling bookings with the status "Ready for pick up“

If your booking is in the status "Ready for pick up, you only have the option of cancelling this booking by contacting the provider. In this case, please contact the provider.


Expiry of bookings & budget refund

If you do not redeem your Pick up Code or Redemption Code within 10 days, it will automatically expire, and the amount will be refunded to your KulturPass budget.

The same applies to the Provider Code (value code that can be redeemed digitally), this will expire after 48 hours and will then be credited back to your budget. If this is not the case, please contact the provider.

We recommend that you check the offer description to see if the provider has provided an e-mail address. If not, you can search for it online and then email them with your query or call them.
