Our aim is to give all eligible young people (HelpCenter article) access to the KulturPass - including those who do not have the possibility to obtain an ID card with an online function. This applies, for example, to refugees in the asylum procedure or with tolerated stay permit as well as people with disabilities who are exempt from the obligation to have an ID card.
For these groups of people, we offer an alternative means of verification in collaboration with cooperating institutions and organizations, so-called "Vermittlungsstellen”. We explain how this works here: Alternative verification.
