There is no way for you to contact the providers via the app. The communication with the providers is done outside the app.
There are three options how you can get the contact details of the providers:
- The contact details of the provider(s) can be found in the offer description of your booking.
- If the contact details are not given, you can find them outside the app, e.g. via a search engine.
- It may be that the provider has already contacted you. In this case, you have received a noreply email from the provider, which may be in the spam folder. In this e-mail you may find the contact details of the provider. Important: You cannot reply to the noreply e-mail, because the communication is anonymized.
In which cases can you contact the supplier?
- In case of problems with your booking
- In case of a cancellation request (if the cancellation button is no longer displayed in the app)
- In case of questions about the booking, accessibility, etc.
- In case of questions about the refund of the budget
