The KulturPass works on all mobile phones with iOS and Android operating systems.
Huawei phones which do not support either system cannot use the KulturPass app. As the owner of a Huawei mobile phone, you can still use the KulturPass by using the web version of the KulturPass (e.g. in the browser of your mobile phone). You can find it here: https://storefront.prod.kulturpass.de/.
