As soon as you have reserved a value code for the cinema of your choice in the KulturPass, you can exchange this code for a cinema ticket within 48 hours. You can do this either in the cinema's online shop or directly at the cinema box office. Whether you can redeem the code online or at the cinema is usually stated in the description of the offer.
The value code expires after 48 hours if you have not redeemed it and the budget is credited back to your KulturPass account.
If you can redeem the value code on site, this is usually done at the cinema box office.
Please note: You can only use your value code for a cinema ticket. It cannot be used to pay for snacks and drinks. You also cannot use your budget for multiple tickets (e.g. for friends and family).
The cinema ticket costs less than the value code amount?
As a rule, the value code amount is not identical to the ticket price, which is why the difference is subsequently credited to your budget.
Example: You have reserved a €15 value code and the cinema ticket costs €11.50. The remaining €3.50 will be automatically credited back to your KulturPass account.
