Booking offers

To be able to use your KulturPass budget and book offers, you must first activate your budget. Only after you have fully registered and identified yourself, will your budget be activated on your 18th birthday. You can find information on registration & activation here: Registration & identification with the eID function of your ID document

Please note: You can only book offers for which your KulturPass budget is sufficient. 

You can use the seach tool in the KulturPass app to find suitable offers. More information about the search tool are here: Finding offers: search tool, filter and more

As soon as you have found an offer that you would like to book, klick on the respective offer. The details page will show you more information about the offer. For some offers, you have the option to choose from several providers. If you book a value code, you can adjust the amount in some cases. 

Select a provider: IF the same offer is offered by several providers, you can click on the "other offers" button and then select the provider of your choice (see image). 

Select amount for a value code: For some value codes you can select a different amount with the "other amounts" button. This is mainly the case fpr concert and festival tickets (see image). 

To book an offer, click on the "Book now" button and the booking will be completed. Your booking will now need to be confirmed by the provider, for which the provider has up to 5 days. As soon as the status is updated in the app and a QR code appears (see image), you can pick up your booking. You will also be informed by e-mail.
